Co-founder · Leadership coaching
Leann has spent 26 years in early childhood education and has owned and led a Michigan Montessori center for 11 years. She holds a master's degree in educational leadership and MACTE-accredited Montessori training for ages 0–6, and she is a published author. She coaches directors and owners on leadership, culture and running a center with purpose.
Hailey
Co-founder · Workshops & training
Hailey is a center director and MiRegistry-approved trainer who has built and taught staff training for years. She leads hands-on workshops on classroom management, challenging behaviors and building confident, connected teaching teams.
